Deadlines:
- Beaver Tracks and Student Newsletter submissions: Fridays at 12:00 PM PT.
- Flyer and Digital Screen postings: 1 week prior to the desired posting date.
- Social Media Post scheduling: 1 week prior to the desired posting date.
Additional Guidelines:
- All flyers and digital screens for events must include the event name, date, time, and location, in addition to an appropriate DAS statement on a solid background (black or white preferred). - Beaver Tracks and Student Life Newsletter event submissions must include an event name, date, time, and location. We do not post weekly (reoccuring) meeting announcements.
- If your submission includes an embedded link(s), please add your desired link surrounded by carrots. For example, if you would like to embed a link in your submission to look like this: "this is an example link", then please format your submission like this: "this is an example link <www.OSUcascades.edu>."
